| The
Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club is a
non-profit fraternal organization. The membership is comprised of law
enforcement officers from around the world that share a common interest
in motorcycling. The club was founded by a handful of "Cops"
in 1974 in Bangor, Maine and has grown to include over 17,000 members
world-wide. The Blue Knights is a family fraternity. Spouses and
children often accompany our members to the various rides and functions.
When traveling, local members can provide assistance, directions and
sometimes a place to stay. We are truly a family.
Texas 18 is fortunate enough to draw members from Grayson, Fannin, Cooke and Denton counties. It's a great place to ride being in north central Texas. We are only minutes from Oklahoma and a few hours from Arkansas and Louisiana. Highway 75 is the gateway to Dallas, Texas and to the many Interstates and State highways that cross Texas.
